I have always had a passion for photography. When I was younger, I would always look up to my mother and ask her to teach me how to use her camera. Eventually she taught me how to use it and I instantly fell in love. I would go all over town, trying to find people and nature to photograph. 

I never thought I could pursue this dream of mine and actually turn it into a career, until I got to college. I saw so many people working for the campus newspaper and walking around taking photos. I was hooked right there. 

I am a photojournalism student at Central Michigan University and worked for the college newspaper, Central Michigan Life, as a freelance photographer. I now do freelance work, with the majority of my work being weddings or portraits.
